Jake Fairbanks

Jake is a sales and project coordinator and has been in the industry for 6 years. Jake truly takes pride in building great relationships with his clients and making sure they are taken care of throughout their projects.

Originally from southeast Michigan, moved to Colorado to pursue the outdoor lifestyle. In his spare time he enjoys snowboarding, photography, travel, camping, and golf.      
 

Phil Mihlstin

Phil was born and raised in a small suburban town on Long Island, NY before attending the Leeds School of Business and the University of  Colorado, at Boulder. He graduated 2016 with a bachelor’s in Business with a concentration in Operations Management. When Phil is not working with customers, he spends most of his time with his volunteer fire department, in Boulder, or with the 13 year old baseball team which he is the head coach for. Outside of that, Phil enjoys the outdoors; hiking, camping, fishing and going to sporting events. Phil has been in the industry for over 3 years now, and also has an expertise in the insurance industry, as a previously licensed Property and Casualty representative with Allstate.

James Pugliese

One thing that people will never forget James for, is his ability to be personable and charming with people who have the opportunity to chat with him. James was originally born in Long Island, New York. Although he has lived in many other places, James has now been with Custom Onside since June of 2021. James takes pride in his perseverance and his attention to detail. James loves to create music as a hobby. He is also a passionate snowboarder in the winter, and mountain biker in the summer.
